Every lot in the subdivision owes annual dues to the association.

What dues cover
Dues pay for:
- Maintenance of entrances, common areas, and roads
- Liability and property insurance for association-owned areas
- Utilities for shared lighting and irrigation
- Contributions to a reserve fund for larger future repairs
How to pay
Currently, dues can be paid via Zelle or check. Online credit card and bank account payments are coming soon, with the option to set up auto-pay. The Treasurer will share an update once online payments are available.

If you are having trouble paying
Contact the board before the due date. It is almost always easier to work something out ahead of time than after an account has gone delinquent.
